We cater to some of the world’s most prestigious events, offering everything from exquisite plated dining and all-day grazing, to premium retail solutions that elevate the experience of every guest.

For over a decade, we’ve proudly partnered with the LTA, and more recently, expanded our operations by adding three prestigious tournaments to our portfolio. Now, we cater across four iconic locations: Queens, Birmingham, Nottingham, and Eastbourne. These tournaments attract the world’s top tennis players and are key fixtures in the lawn tennis calendar.

Our team provides exceptional catering services to players and media partners, while also serving over 25,000 hospitality covers in exclusive spaces like Love Fifteen, The Roof Garden, and The Club Lounge.

In addition, we oversee the retail areas, offering a variety of food options crafted from local, seasonal summer ingredients whenever possible.

For the past five years, we’ve proudly delivered hospitality services at Silverstone’s two most premium locations, both in terms of hospitality experience and circuit position.

The Driver’s Lounge offers a contemporary, shared space with all-day grazing and roaming food, catering for around 1,800 covers daily. Meanwhile, Silverstone Six provides a more corporate-style environment with private suites, serving up to 1,500 covers each day. Additionally, we manage an exclusive suite for Mercedes—one of our most prestigious clients—where exacting standards are a must.

Beyond the on-site hospitality, Absolute Taste is the appointed caterer for the Williams Formula One team, meeting the needs of both the team and invited guests at every F1 race worldwide, including, of course, The British Grand Prix.

The Open is golf’s original championship, dating back to 1860 and being played on some of the world’s most iconic links courses. As the sport’s most international major, it features qualifying events across every continent.

For one week each year, the pursuit of the coveted Claret Jug becomes the focal point of the sporting world, captivating millions of fans globally.

On-site, our team serves 240,000 attendees across six distinct hospitality areas, offering everything from elegant plated dining to all-day grazing experiences.

Salon Privé hosts two prestigious events annually. In late spring, Salon Privé London takes place at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, where guests indulge in fine dining within the exclusive Sloan hospitality area.

Later, in August, set against the stunning backdrop of Blenheim Palace, the event showcases an extraordinary collection of supercars, hypercars, and classic cars, along with a luxury retail village. Guests are treated to a champagne reception, followed by exquisite plated dining, and concluded with a delightful afternoon tea.

The Goodwood Estate has been a symbol of motorsport heritage since 1948, when it hosted Britain’s first post-war motor race. Today, the Festival of Speed is celebrated as motorsport’s ultimate summer garden party.

At the heart of the event, Absolute Taste’s Clark Pavilion delivers unparalleled hospitality for 1,200 guests over the course of four thrilling days. With sweeping views of the track and the grandeur of the iconic event, guests enjoy a premium dining experience, perfectly complementing the excitement on the course.

Later in the season, the Goodwood Revival transforms the estate into a nostalgic tribute to the golden era of motorsport—the 1950s and 60s. This three-day event, held at Goodwood Motor Circuit, welcomes over 140,000 guests, all stepping back in time for a truly immersive experience. The Salvadori Pavilion offers top-tier hospitality, serving more than 600 guests daily. Guests can indulge in either a lavish four-course plated meal or a more casual buffet lunch, providing a range of dining options that suit the elegance and charm of this retro celebration.

Garsington Opera is the UK’s most iconic country house opera, set on the stunning Wormsley Estate, home to the Getty family in Stokenchurch.

For over a decade, Absolute Taste has proudly catered to more than 10,000 hospitality guests over a six-week period, spanning June and July.

Our services include a 300-cover restaurant, elegant afternoon teas, pre-performance canapés, private dining experiences, a champagne bar, and bespoke serviced picnics, all designed to enhance the opera experience with exceptional culinary offerings.
