Meet Our Food Enthusiasts

We’re hugely passionate about what we do – and it’s that passion that makes our food and our service really shine.

We understand that the success of a everything we do is underpinned by who you have working for you and our people are at the heart of all we do. We’re fortunate enough to have some of the most talented chefs within in the industry beneath our roof, who have proved time and time again that they’re at the top of their game.

We believe in food that looks good, tastes good and feels good for everyone involved in its production.

We’re not your average catering company. We’re owned by people who were born into food and have supplied to the industry for over 30 years, we have a genuine desire to work directly with farmers, growers and producers, using regional and local suppliers wherever possible.

We own and manage our entire supply chain, giving us complete control over the production process: from sourcing ingredients to delivering food to you via our network of depots, nothing is outsourced and no corners are cut.

What we can’t source to our high standards, we grow, make, farm or mature ourselves. From our own butchery, charcuterie and salt-aged meats to roasting our own coffee and maturing our own cheeses, we do whatever it takes to deliver joy in every bite of food we serve.

That’s the crux of what makes us unique – a steadfast refusal to compromise or settle for anything less than the best.

We apply a lot of focus on how we recruit, where we recruit from and how we train our teams.

We have a dedicated people operations team who are focused purely on our people. They ensure that everyone who works within our business meet the standards we expect, by making sure everyone is interviewed properly, inducted and receives the relevant training for their role. Absolute Taste thrives on quality and excellence and this ethos is reflected in our staff.

All staff who are employed by Absolute Taste, whether that be permanent or temporary, complete our staff induction and training programmes. This is essential and without completing this, they are unable to work.
