Burghley, one of England's greatest Elizabethan houses, in Stamford, Lincolnshire was built in 1555 and is still home to The Marquess & Marchioness of Exeter. The estate also plays host to Burghley Horse Trials, which has been held there since 1961.
Burghley House and its gardens are now open to the public throughout the year and have a number of dining options. Including; The Orangery (open all year) and The Garden Café & Shed (open during the summer months), providing guests with everything from a cup of coffee and slice of homemade cake to a delicious, locally sourced lunch.
Throughout its long history, Burghley has been entertaining guests and today also provides the backdrop for a variety of events where we tailor the food offering to the client’s individual needs.
Widely regarded as one of England’s finest Tudor Manor Houses, where successive generations of our family are privileged to have lived for nearly 500 years. Dorney Court stands in landscaped gardens and overlooks mature parkland and ancient yew hedges.
Today, not only is the house still home to the Palmer family, with fairy tale gabled roofs, landscaped gardens and charming 12th Century church, Dorney Court is one of the UK’s most beautiful and complete country house wedding and event venues.

McLaren Technology Centre
The McLaren Technology Centre is the headquarters of the McLaren Group. Home to 4,200 staff from all areas of the business, including the McLaren Formula 1 Team, and complete with 37 meeting and event spaces.
Our team based at MTC look after all areas of hospitality and employee feeding, whilst our Performance Sports team travel to all 21 Formula 1 races providing VIP and Team & Crew feeding at each event on the calendar.

The View from The Shard is a premium visitor attraction located at the top of Western Europe’s tallest building, The Shard. Designed by Master Architect Renzo Piano, The Shard has redefined London’s skyline and quickly established its place as a dynamic symbol of London.
At a height of up to 800ft or 244m, and at almost twice the height of any other vantage point in London, visitors will experience unrivalled 360-degree views over the city for up to 40 miles on a clear day.
The Shard is also home to London’s highest bar where guests can enjoy a glass of Champagne or cocktail whilst looking out across the city.
The Tack Room, Newmarket
Palace House, following extensive restoration, now plays home to three charities; the National Horseracing Museum, the British Sporting Art Trust and the Retraining of Racehorses charity.
Horseracing plays a pivotal role in the history of Newmarket and as such, the town has been home to the Jockey Club since the 1750s. There are also over 2,500 horses in 80 training yards using the 2,800 acres of training grounds and gallops and over 100 studs in the surrounding area.
The Tack Room Restaurant features the Best of British showcasing seasonal and local produce wherever possible. Throughout the summer months the outdoor terrace provides the perfect space to dine alfresco whilst enjoying one of our Gin & Tonic cocktails or a glass of wine.
The Tythe Barn
Situated in Launton, Bicester, The Tythe Barn was built between 1360 & 1370 and still retains the majority of its original 22ft beams, complete with thick stone walls and a thatched roof.
Today, the Barn holds over 80 events and weddings every year, providing guests with a blank canvas to create the wedding of their dreams.
We are delighted to be the in-house caterers for The Tythe Barn, creating fresh, wholesome menus, whilst adding a creative twist on dishes, and always utilising local producers and suppliers wherever possible.
Woods' Silver Fleet
Woods’ Silver Fleet have a selection of private hire river yachts based at The Savoy Pier, with the flagship vessel being the Silver Sturgeon, a 500-person capacity space hosting an enviable list of high-profile events, 365 days a year. With cutting edge design and exceptional food, Silver Fleet has earnt notable acclaim as one of the finest ways to enjoy the river.
Our Executive Head Chef, Douglas Gaunt, has combined his passion for art with food to create his first set of in-house menus - inspired by London's restaurant scene & British produce.
Douglas' food philosophy is 'sustainably grown and responsibly sourced'. He is dedicated to sourcing the freshest seasonal ingredients, from British suppliers and sources. Whether artisan East-end dried meats, Oxfordshire-reared, chicory and clover fed lamb or traditional British fruits and vegetables. In this way, from farm to plate, Douglas and his team are able to expand the Woods’ Silver Feet ethos of championing the best that British suppliers have to offer.
