Born in Yorkshire Lyndy began her training as a chef at the prestigious Tante Marie School of Cookery.  On graduating Lyndy worked as a private chef in shooting lodges, ski chalets and luxury yachts.  From working in Director’s dining room, Lyndy moved into Motorsport.

Having built her own successful business Lyndy makes time to give back to the industry the benefit of her knowledge and experience.  Teaming up with Gordon Ramsay Holdings she has become a shareholder of her old college Tante Marie School of Cookery

Lyndy who now lives in London with her husband, son Joshua and dog Truffle, continues to work around the world using every opportunity to experience new restaurants and cuisines seeking out the latest trends and styles as inspiration for Absolute Taste, both food and design.
